With over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, Leandra brings extensive industry knowledge and a personal approach to helping clients protect what matters most. Her career includes work in independent insurance agencies and commercial underwriting, giving her a perspective on insurance from both the agency and underwriting sides.

After years in the industry, Leandra founded Pacheco Insurance Group to build an independent agency shaped by her own values: integrity, meaningful relationships, and personalized service. She wanted clients to work directly with an experienced professional who listens, answers questions, explains coverage, and helps them make informed decisions.

Outside of work, Leandra is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and her favorite place to be is surrounded by the people she loves. Those same values of family, trust, and connection carry into her work. She knows that behind every policy is a person, family, or business with something important to protect.
